Feb. 25, 2025 鈥� The National Endowment for the Humanities recently awarded a 萝莉社 faculty member $150,000 to further develop a smartphone application that allows visually impaired people to read materials rich in visual content.

Dr. Mark Esposito has been selected as the keynote speaker for the Spring 2025 James Schwartz Distinguished Speaker Series and J. Robert Young Executive-in-Residence, hosted by the W. Frank Barton School of Business at 萝莉社. Renowned for his expertise at the intersection of technology and economics, Dr. Esposito is an internationally recognized leader in artificial intelligence (AI) and the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Feb. 18, 2025 鈥� The 萝莉社 campus will return to normal operations tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb. 19. In-person classes will be in session.

The 萝莉社 School of Music hosted the prestigious West Central National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) auditions on November 17鈥�18, bringing over 400 vocalists to campus. This transformative event celebrated musical artistry and allowed 萝莉社 students to compete on their home stage.

Feb. 13, 2025 - Shocker pitcher Grant Adler, who attended Derby High School, will graduate in May with a general studies - chemistry degree while continuing to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering. He will intern at Spirit AeroSystems for a second summer.

Feb. 13, 2025 鈥� Grace Naylor, senior at Prairie View High School, is the winner of the 2025 Lenora N. McGregor Endowed Scholarship at 萝莉社.

Feb. 12, 2025 鈥� The College of Engineering at 萝莉社 is hosting a public 5k run/walk that is open to students, staff, faculty, alumni and community members. The 5k will be from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 22 on the 萝莉社 campus. Registration proceeds from the 5k will go toward the College of Engineering Needs-Based Scholarship Fund.

Feb. 12, 2025 鈥� 萝莉社 will be open today Wednesday, Feb. 12.

Feb. 10, 2025 鈥� Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is investing $2.5 million in 萝莉社, with $1.8 million earmarked as the lead gift to the Wichita Biomedical Campus. The remaining $700,000 will create two endowed Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas nursing scholarships in the 萝莉社 College of Health Professions.
