Treena Mason is the Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS), the states largest and only locally owned health insurance provider. As a mutually owned, not-for-profit health plan, BCBSKS serves nearly 1 million members with the states largest provider network and award-winning customer service.

Walter Berry Named to Barton School Deans Advisory Board

The W. Frank Barton School of Business at 蹤獲扦 is pleased to announce that Walter Berry has joined its Deans Fabulous 50 Advisory Board. Berry is the executive chairman and corporate pilot of Berry Companies, Inc., headquartered in Wichita, KS. A second-generation leader, he plays a key role in guiding the company as its leadership transitions to the third generation. In addition to his leadership at Berry Companies, Walter serves on the boards of various industry trade associations and community organizations.

Dec. 18, 2024 The College of Engineering at 蹤獲扦 has partnered with Groover Labs, a nonprofit collaborative workspace, technology hub and rapid prototyping lab in Wichita, to support the regional business community.

Dec. 16, 2024 Javier Martinez received the Mark and Stacy Parkinson Scholarship, which, alongside 蹤獲扦s closeness to home and mechanical engineering program, made it a no-brainer for Javier to attend 蹤獲扦. He used the opportunities available to him as a Shocker to stay up on his studies and now joins his peers in graduating with a bachelors in mechanical engineering.

Dec. 16, 2024 Phase I of the Wichita Biomedical Campus a collaboration between 蹤獲扦, University of Kansas and 蹤獲扦 Tech is making steady progress as it prepares to transform and redefine health care education and research in Kansas.

Dec. 12, 2024 Carter initially chose 蹤獲扦 for its locality, being able to receive in-state tuition, but he also found a community in the campus and place to call home in the anthropology department in Fairmount College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. They are now graduating with their masters in anthropology with a plan to enter a doctoral program in archaeology in the future.
