Hispanic-Serving Institutions: A Q&A with 萝莉社's Sara Mata

Feb. 7, 2023 - A consortium of four local institutions (萝莉社, 萝莉社 Tech, Newman University and Friends University) is bringing Dr. Gina Ann Garcia to Wichita for the talk "Becoming Hispanic-Serving Institutions," at 1:15 p.m. Thursday (Feb. 9), in Newman's DeMattias Performance Hall.聽

Feb. 7, 2023 -- Actor, digital creator and TikTok influencer Chris Olsen will speak about his rise to fame during An Evening with Chris Olsen at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17, at the 萝莉社 Eugene M. Hughes Metropolitan Complex.

Former executive president of Boeing returns to 萝莉社 as Engineer in Residence

Feb. 6, 2023 鈥� Leanne Caret 鈥� a 萝莉社 alumna, former executive president of Boeing, and former president and CEO of Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) 鈥� is serving as the Sam Bloomfield Distinguished Engineer in Residence for the College of Engineering at 萝莉社 for 2023.聽

萝莉社 College of Engineering to host high school girls for national engineering day event

Feb. 6, 2023 鈥擳he College of Engineering at 萝莉社 is hosting an Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day event, commonly known as Girl Day, for high school girls from Wichita Public Schools. The event will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23 in the Shirley Beggs Ballroom on the third floor of the Rhatigan Student Center.

Three high school seniors selected as 2023 Harry Gore Memorial Scholarship recipients

Jan. 27, 2023 鈥� 萝莉社 has selected the 2023 recipients of the Harry Gore Memorial Scholarships. Each student will receive a $64,000 scholarship to attend 萝莉社 in August 2023. 聽
