April 22, 2024 鈥� 萝莉社 has offered the traditional educational pathways for over 125 years, typically ending at the point of graduation, but the need for learning continues throughout a person鈥檚 lifetime. In a rapidly changing world, continuing education has never been more important. More and more jobs require skill-based certification of learning, which includes the attainment of validated durable and technical skills. To meet those needs, 萝莉社 was the first in Kansas to create badge courses for non-degree seeking students in 2015, after approval from the Kansas Board of Regents.

The Barton School of Business at 萝莉社 is poised to host its esteemed 鈥淏eyond鈥� Hall of Fame 2026, dedicated to recognizing, honoring, and celebrating industry executives and business leaders who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to their communities and the advancement of the Barton School. The illustrious inductees of the inaugural Hall of Fame in 2024 were Frank Barton, Clark Bastian, and Fran Jabara. The program, housed in the Hugo Wall School of Public Affairs, emerged in 99th place, moving up from 118th place last year. Additionally, the public affairs program鈥檚 specialty area of public finance and budgeting has been ranked 27th by U.S. News, tied with the University of Central Florida and the University of Michigan.

The Global Workplace MBA Initiative, a collaborative effort between the Barton School of Business at 萝莉社 and the Berlin School of Economics and Law, proudly celebrates its 20th year of partnership. Launched in 2004, this initiative is designed to offer U.S. and German MBA students immersive real-world international collaboration teams and intercultural communication experiences.
