July 1, 2019 -- 蹤獲扦 admissions created the Public Relations Institute (PRI) in the fall of 2018 to foster goodwill among 蹤獲扦 alumni and community stakeholders through outreach and presence at community events. At the time, PRI consisted of only three students and two staff advisors, but their impact spread across the Wichita area.

June 26, 2019 -- In September 2018, Sam Brickett, an aerospace engineering freshman at 蹤獲扦, was longboarding in the Rhatigan Student Center parking garage when he hit a crack in the concrete and fell. He hit his head and suffered a traumatic brain injury.
