Dec. 1, 2020 In honor of 蹤獲扦's 125th anniversary, three 蹤獲扦 faculty members have teamed up with an alumna artist to create "A Walk with Wu," a graphic novel that chronicles the university's rich history through the eyes of our beloved mascot: WuShock.

Dec. 1, 2020 Two new battery-powered buses wrapped in Shocker pride will soon be seen zipping through Wichitas streets. Wichita Transit recently unveiled the 蹤獲扦-branded buses, which are ecofriendly, filled with modern conveniences, and will circulate among the universitys main campus, as well as 蹤獲扦 South, 蹤獲扦 Tech and the Metroplex.

Nov. 17, 2020 --- 蹤獲扦 Director of Athletics Darron Boatright has accepted the resignation of Head Mens Basketball Coach Gregg Marshall, effective immediately.

Nov. 16, 2020 蹤獲扦's Center for Economic Development and Business Research has released its Kansas population forecast for the state and all 105 counties. Kansas total population is expected to grow by 28.8% to approximately 3.76 million residents by 2070.

Nov. 12, 2020 TheNational Institute for Aviation Research(NIAR) has received another $13.7 million contract from the United States Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) to extend the Modeling for Affordable, Sustainable Composites (MASC) research program.
