Overview
Tracey Jenkins retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after 23 years of distinguished service. A seasoned investigator, he spent over two decades leading complex investigations in counterintelligence, intelligence collection, harassment, discrimination, and civil rights violations. As a Supervisory Special Agent, Mr. Jenkins directed national-level operations and applied advanced investigative methods and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) to support critical national security and intelligence missions.
During his tenure at the FBI, Mr. Jenkins served in the Directors Office, where he facilitated executive briefings and high-level communications. While assigned to the FBIs Kansas City Field Office, he spearheaded counterintelligence initiatives that dismantled international intelligence threats and safeguarded U.S. technology.
Prior to his service with the FBI, Mr. Jenkins was a police officer in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where he conducted felony investigations involving sexual assaults, child molestation, domestic violence, gang activity, shootings, stabbings, and traffic fatalities. He managed crime scenes, collected evidence, pursued and apprehended violent offenders, and conducted in-depth interviews with victims and suspects.
Mr. Jenkins holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Ball State University and an Associate of Science in Law Enforcement from Vincennes University. He is certified in counterintelligence operations, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) investigations, and advanced interrogation techniques. Recognized as a trusted leader and subject matter expert, Mr. Jenkins is deeply committed to justice, integrity, and operational excellence.
