To complete the certificate, you'll take a required courses in liner systems. You'll then choose courses from topics like probabilistic methods in systems, digital control systems, stochastic controls, robust control systems, optimal control and neural networks for system modeling and control.

Depending on your academic background, some of the certificate courses may require additional prerequisites.

There are two paths to admission to the program:

• For those already enrolled in graduate school, simply complete the Declaration of Intent to Pursue a Certificate Form.
• Prospective students should apply using the Graduate School application for admission.
