March 7, 2025 - During the past decade, 蹤獲扦 has been a recognized leader in the development and implementation of microcredentials. Now, the universitys work has taken a significant step forward with its launch of the first 1EdTech TrustEd Microcredential.

Open Streets ICT  蹤獲扦 & Shocker Neighborhood

March 4, 2025 - Open Streets ICT returns to 蹤獲扦s campus and neighborhood on April 13 with the goal of connecting with young people. Around 8,000 people participated in Open Streets ICT 蹤獲扦 & Shocker Neighborhood in 2024, double the amount from the previous year.

March 3, 2025 Five undergraduate students from 蹤獲扦 were among the 26 students recognized at the 23rd annual Kansas IDeA Network of Biomedical Research Excellence Symposium in Kansas City, Missouri.

Feb. 27, 2025 The College of Engineering at 蹤獲扦 is hosting its 25th annual Shocker MINDSTORMS Challenge, a robotics competition for area students in third through eighth grade or ages eight through 14 years old. The event will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 1. The competition portion will be in the Heskett Center, while the awards ceremonies will be in Hubbard Hall, room 208.

Physical Therapy pediatric team

Feb. 26, 2025 Faculty members on the pediatric team in 蹤獲扦s Department of Physical Therapy have been awarded a prestigious grant from the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundations 2024 Priority Impact Quality of Life grants program. The $35,000 grant will provide access to assistive technology to help students in public schools with physical disabilities.

Feb. 25, 2025 The National Endowment for the Humanities recently awarded a 蹤獲扦 faculty member $150,000 to further develop a smartphone application that allows visually impaired people to read materials rich in visual content.

Dr. Mark Esposito, an internationally recognized leader in artificial intelligence (AI) and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and Spring 2025 Executive-in-Residence at the Barton School of Business.

Dr. Mark Esposito has been selected as the keynote speaker for the Spring 2025 James Schwartz Distinguished Speaker Series and J. Robert Young Executive-in-Residence, hosted by the W. Frank Barton School of Business at 蹤獲扦. Renowned for his expertise at the intersection of technology and economics, Dr. Esposito is an internationally recognized leader in artificial intelligence (AI) and the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
